Fall is a transformational season preparing us for the inner journey of the Winter months to come. Winter is the season where all of nature retreats and turns inward. Allow the tendency of hibernation and Winter’s chill to help you to slow down, be still and reflect. With the upcoming holiday season, stress can also be a prominent trigger for many people this time of year. Let’s discuss stress and ways we can manage/address stress through our use of asana, pranayama and meditation.
